At Wonder Pies, we handcraft deep pan pies with a short crust, topped with puff pastry and finished with a French glaze. We supply our products to numerous restaurants and retailers throughout Melbourne, , and as well as our own retail stores. We have just moved into a brand new factory and our production continues to grow, so we are on the hunt for exceptional people to join our exciting team. Getting the pastry right is vital for the quality of the end product and a key part of our production process, that is where you come in, you will learn how to make pastry from scratch and prepare it for use in our pie making process. We will teach you all that you need to know to succeed in the role of 'Pastry Sheeter', all you need is to be physically fit, ready to work and have a can-do attitude.
