At Hays, we're currently seeking multiple customer service professionals who wish to work with a renowned Victorian public service organisation. For years they have serviced millions of Victorians, and have seen a significant increase in business since the pandemic. Due to the growing needs of the organisation, they are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their cluster of offices in the Northern suburbs in the capacity of a Digital Concierge Officer.

Your new role
As a Digital Concierge Officer, you will be the face of the Northern suburbs branches. You'll be responsible for greeting customers as they first enter the branch, and determining how to best assist them during their visit.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Providing excellent face-to-face customer service in a fast-paced environment Answering customer queries and processing a variety of transactions Helping direct customers to process payments and renewal requests online Assigning tickets to customers for in-branch services
What you'll need to succeed
Recent experience in a fast-paced customer service role The resilience required for handling high volume customer enquiries A current Victorian driver's licence with minimal demerit point loss The flexibility and the means to travel between various locations in the Northern suburbs (Broadmeadows, Coolaroo, Bundoora) Full availability from Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with the flexibility to work anywhere between 3-5 days per week (20-38 hours) You must be able to work in both a seated and standing position for long periods of time A spoken fluency in Arabic would be advantageous (but not essential) for this role
