The Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie e Creamery is an iconic tourism destination serving breakfast nch 're looking for a passionate alified Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. Located just 10 minutes from Torquay, you'll be required for only day shifts with rotating weekends off. The café is a critical component to the customer experience when visiting the stunning showroom, showcasing over 400 different chocolate products, couverture chocolate production on- Ite, in- Confidential ice creamery. The café is responsible for creating delicious esh food open from 9am to 5pm daily. Desserts e Cream are made by our Chocolatiers. With many specialty festivals throughout the year, there is ample opportunity to display your personal flair eativity. To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate experience working hn under pressure in a fast- Aced kitchen ving responsibility for day- To- Day operations including working closely with the front of Confidential team. You will be well organised ve the ability to motivate nage a team of Chefs, kitchen hnd dishwashers. This is a permanent full- Time position.
