About the Position Consulting&Generalist HR (Human Resources&Recruitment) HR Partners is proud to be partnering with an iconic New Zealand Health provider who is expanding operations in . To date they have been remotely setting up the Australian operations but with several centers opening shortly they are focused on building their Australian P and C team.With a strong commitment to excellence in aged care provision they have grown from strength to strength since the 1990s, whilst putting residents care at the heart of everything they do. They have an exciting opportunity for a People&Culture Business Partner to join the team and support them through the Australian growth. Reporting directly to the P&C General Manager and partnering with operational leaders across development, construction and operations, you will play a critical role in the day to day delivery of all People&Culture practices within your area. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that is strategically positioned to support the success of the People agenda in Australia. To be successful you will be a true P&C Generalist with strong stakeholder and communication skills and in return they will offer you a highly supportive P&C team and leader and flexible working environment with a high level of autonomy and trust. Your accountabilities will be: Overseeing and managing all People and culture programs in Australia. Contextualizing existing company process to the Australian environment. Partnering with Leaders and functional managers to execute People&Culture strategy, initiatives, policies and procedures. Developing, coordinating, and delivering training in support of company policy, process and improvement Supporting line leaders during Enterprise Agreement negotiations or employee relations matters as an advisor or a lead negotiator for agreements from time to time.Managing for improved performance and organisational change. Assist the WHS team with localised programs for WHS and wellbeing. About you You will have a true understanding of all facets of working within an aged care or health environment which is truly client centric. You will also have a solutions-focused approach, well-developed business acumen and deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way.You will have experience within a similar outcome focused role and have outstanding relationship building, strong consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders. You will be degree qualified in Business and/or Human Resources or similar. Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR role&2-3 years' experience in Business Partnering role. This is a standalone role for the Australian operations at this stage and will be supported by a P and C team based in NZ, therefore you must be comfortable to flex between developing strategy and delivering on it.
