You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our residents, within welcoming and caring environments. What does your new role look like? Working closely with the Care team, your primary duty is to provide social support for our residents whilst empowering them to live their best lives with us Assist with domestic duties including cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of the residents’ communal areas Answer call bells in a timely manner and provide reassurance and assistance to support residents Support food/dining related activities under the direction of the senior carer and help clean and tidy up post meal service About You Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers. Does this sound like you?
