Please note that you need to be based in and must have valid working rights in Australia We are looking for a Full-time / Part time skilled and motivated Floor Manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers. You will be responsible for managing customers, waiting staff and listed items below. Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver the highest possible  standards Manage floor and table services and delegate section to appropriate staff Controlling COGS & cost across the front end & Bar through efficient ordering, cost effective operation,budgeting , Rostering and sales forecasting. Effectively manage customers(inc takeaway) and get feedback on how to improve our business, Safe Food Handling , OH&S, Housekeeping Maintain front end admin tasks, record keeping , stock control on a daily or weekly basis Planning of Beverage menu(Wine,Beer,Spirits, Cocktails) liaising with Bartender. Co-operating Head Chef for Food menu - A La Carte, Set Menu, Function Package Summary of role requirements: Looking for candidates available to work on Saturdays and Sundays No experience required for this role Working rights required for this role no -- Principals only.
