Combine that with a pioneering spirit aimed at making a positive impact on brands, society and each other – and you’ll soon realise why we’re at the forefront of the digital economy.What your typical day will look like:As our next Senior React Developer you will work closely with other front-end and back-end developers, Solution Architects and Technical Leads, helping to develop and support world-class website solutions for some of 's largest brands. Working directly with clients, you will help bring amazing ideas to life using an agile design and development approach and the latest in enterprise and front-end solutions and technology.Other responsibilities include: Develop high-quality enterprise-level front-end solutions using industry best-practices and development techniques, including using HTML, CSS, Javascript and frameworks like React, Vue and a range of other front-end development toolsOwn the outcomes and quality of the work you are delivering and provide technical advice and guidance to the PMs to assist in managing project delivery, task allocation and client expectationsIndependently and collaboratively estimate and deliver work with cross-functional team membersA commitment to positive outcomes for the team; you are a great team player who understands how to operate independently, but who can also collaborate and work well with othersA bit about you:Strong, broad commercial web development experience as a front-end developer working on website solutions with traditional HTML & CSS, and being an expert with React!Experience delivering end-to-end solutions (green-fields) and setting up solutions and front-end pipelines from scratch is essential, as is experience maintaining existing solutionsStrong experience delivering front-end codebases that are efficient, performant, maintainable, clean, accessible and compatible with all modern devices and browsersFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across a range of technologies and toolkits and adapt to new languages, tools and processesWhat’s in it for you:Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best You’ policy5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of and 3 whole company mental health awareness days off per yearAccess to our global online learning and development platform dentsu UniversitySave money with great discounts on health insurance, gym membership, buying a car and travel!Become a champion for meaningful progress:Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
