To provide project specific services and outcomes as directed by the project lead to meet or exceed client and/or project requirements. May provide technical leadership on smaller projects or project sub tasks to Consultants &/or Graduate Consultants. In addition, the Senior Consultant is expected to seek opportunities with existing and potential new clients to develop their network and identify potential new business opportunities to contribute to business development activities. This role can be based out of either our , or Melbourne offices.

The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Contributing to multiple and concurrent Infrastructure Advisory (consulting) projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to our clients
Managing selected projects and ensure they meet budgetary, quality, safety and timeframe targets, while exceeding client expectations
Undertake, quantitative and qualitative analysis, studies and reports across social and economic infrastructure, with skills including a number of the following:
Demand analysis
Economic analysis and impacts
Financial and commercial analysis
Risk analysis
Delivery planning, procurement strategies
Benefits management and realisation frameworks
Co-ordinating sub-consultants and external stakeholders to ensure high quality proposals and project deliverables
Managing tasks to ensure they are appropriately assessed, responded to and resolved within required timeframes
Contributing to the development of high quality proposals as required
Promoting Egis’ Infrastructure Advisory services through industry awareness and networking
Participating / working within the other areas of the business locally, interstate and globally to collaborate and share knowledge base
Maintaining an understanding of the background of the client’s business and industry to facilitate building effective and enduring relationships and consolidating both company and personal credibility in the industry
Engaging in Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.
Profile

Key role experiences, competencies and qualifications:
Tertiary Qualification(s) in relevant field and at least five years industry experience
Highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to influence others to achieve outcomes
Strong research and analytic skills
Sound negotiation skills
Well developed written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with professional services business environments preferred
