About this role... In this role you will enjoy handling significant retail & commercial property -particularly leasing spanning all Australian jurisdictions, with the support of vast & efficient infrastructure. Here you will be an integral member of this team - it's very much a 'hands on' role with direct client contact, autonomous management of files and you should also enjoy playing a 'mentoring' role to others less experienced within this fast-paced, dynamic & experienced group! About you...t he ideal candidate will have: 3 to 8 years p.a.e. in Commercial Property law including solid skills in retail leasing matters in addition to related commercial property transactional/advisory exp.; Highly developed, effective communication skills for client liaison & to get the best out of the team; Be a 'self-starter' with an approachable manner/able to assist/direct others in a team environment; Be able to multi task and manage competing priorities.
