The role will focus on enhancing excellence and student experience across education at the University.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering online teaching and learning activities. You will engage in collaborative design and benchmarking. The Lecturer will also consult a range of stakeholders and engage in collecting and using feedback to adjust and improve teaching approaches.As the successful candidate you will have a doctoral qualification or equivalent research and teaching experience. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience with teaching in an online environment is required for success in this role. The successful candidate will have statistical analysis skills and the ability to work cooperatively with students, internal and external stakeholders.This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.At Monash University, we are committed to being a Child Safe organisation.
