What you'll do - Deliver a high level of verbal and written communication skills, Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions, Show proficiency at using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening, Handle inbound and outbound calls including account explanations, reissue letters or establishing repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.
