About the Position Our client, IMED Radiology is a leading diagnostics provider in the Industry! Due to continuous growth, they are seeking a number of exceptional customer agents to join their Mt Waverley Head Office team in both Part Time and Full Time permanent roles! About The Role:Provide first call resolution to a range of enquiries from individuals and healthcare providersManage booking enquiries and information requests.Respond appropriately and within designated timeframes.Management of patient data with a focus on quality and accuracyFocus on building relationships both internal and external to the business.The successful candidate will demonstrate:Previous experience in high volume call centre environmentHigh level customer service skillsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsDatabase management experience (using multiple systems simultaneously)High level attention to detailExceptional interpersonal skills with friendly and approachable natureFor you:A commencing pay rate of $. per hour + superannuation – penalties for weekend work!You will be set up for success!
