Facility Management Pty Ltd (FMV) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Building Attendants/Concierge looking to part-time or casual work at premium residential developments within the Melbourne area.

At Facility Management Victoria Pty Ltd (FMV), we bring life to buildings by providing a high level of security and concierge services to residents, tenants and visitors of high-rise residential buildings in Melbourne. 

The Role:

FMV are looking for a Full Time, Part Time and Casual Building Attendants/Concierge.
To provide effective communications to our residents.
Outstanding Customer : "Wow" our residents and go above and beyond to make sure their visit is memorable - do whatever it takes!
Reception and admin duties (answering phones, booking in appointments, scanning and entering resident’s details, answering emails)
Help ensure the day run as smooth as possible.
Maintain impeccable front desk environment.
Supervise and manage onsite cleaners.
Responsible for the safety and security of all residents and visitors
Provide residential concierge services.
From time to time undertake cleaning and minor maintenance of the building and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
Maintain the security of residents and property.
Act as the first contact person for our building management team.
Engage with a variety of stakeholders particularly with the tenants and the onsite management team.
Coordinate services in response to residents’ requests.
Maintain good relationships with all residents and owners.
Monitor fire alarm system and take the appropriate action in the event of an alarm being activated.
Supervise any moves in or out that may take place during your shift.
Monitor CCTV and report any issues to the Facility Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
At least 5 years work experience and demonstrated success in a soft services base building. Facilities Management or hotel concierge role.
Self-motivated, pro-active, and confident with high reliability and punctuality.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Professionally operates essential office software and building management software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Building link, Mybos.
Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
Under FMV’s COVID-19 Vaccination Policy all authorised workers must be fully vaccinated with an approved COVID-19 vaccine in accordance with Victorian Public Health Orders. Evidence of vaccination must be provided prior to commencing employment by uploading your Digital Vaccination Certificate to People Hub (our HR information system). You will be provided with relevant information during the recruitment process.
