Horner Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Support Specialist in Mulgrave.
Reporting to the Supervisor Sales Support Officer who is based in New Zealand you will be required to:
Manage booking for freight companies
Book travel and hire care requests
Take minutes at monthly meetings
Organise inventory orders with suppliers
Manage stock levels across 6 sites
Data entry and customer
Visit Melbourne based sites to complete stocktake
Have previous experience with SAP
We are looking for an energetic and team player with a can do attitude. You will have previous experience in a customer service position and a good understanding of MS Office & Word.
This position is based in Mulgrave and there is a requirement to travel to New Zealand for training and support of team members with an attractive pay rate of $41.11 per hour.
