About the Position 12-month fixed term, full time appointment Professional Level 10 Salary $123,898 to $137,506 p.a. plus market allowance Plus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave Casuarina Campus, NT Utilise your change management experience to ensure stakeholder engagement and business readiness across the SDX program at CDUAbout the Position The Charles Darwin University - Student Digital Experience (SDX) program will leverage contemporary digital solutions to transform the way the University supports learning and research, and how we work, to create a cohesive, integrated, and enriched experiences for students, staff, and faculty. This implementation will result in superior support for students, a better user experience, a new set of tools, a new way of working, and improved reporting for informed decision-making.As the Transformation Program Manager , you will be accountable for developing, reviewing and refining the SDX Program Transformation Frameworks and Strategy, including reviewing and maintaining the frameworks with developments over time and for implementing the strategy as planned. Additionally, you will hold overall accountability for ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and business readiness across the Program and the range of projects being implemented at any one time.You will be responsible for the design and delivery of change plans for each project as it gets underway including, integrated project activities, benefits realisation, and business readiness to ensure a smooth transition to the business with ongoing benefits tracking. These project change plans together create the overall SDX Program Transformation Plan including an integrated engagement and communication plan.About You To be successful, you will require: A minimum of 5 years' experience leading transformational change with similar sized organisations Proven experience in design of engagement and communication strategies from the first point of contact through to transitioning to the planned future Demonstrated ability to engage with a range of external and internal external stakeholders to deliver on assigned objectivesDemonstrated excellence in written and oral communication with a high command of English grammar Demonstrated skills and experience in stakeholder engagement, including the ability to develop and deliver, impact analyses, training needs analyses and training plans Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business analysts, project and technical team members to ensure optimal outcomes for stakeholdersExperience working within a formal program and/or project environment PROSCI or equivalent certification Experience in Business Process management Remuneration Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 10 plus a market allowance. The base salary will be in the range of $123,898 - $137,506 per annum and a market allowance may be offered.What's in it for you?
