Take responsibility for design liver of customer experience improvements for the Stocklmmunities. About the RoleUse of analytics tools stomer segmentation to understrket growth opportunities. Partner with Community Confidential Managers to guide them through project launch with a focus on effective communication erational decision making. Identify ecute on National Customer Strategy initiatives aligned to customer journey maps. Research sting new projects, products lue propositions. Develop strategic Confidential plans for new Stockllycon Projects. Work with Customer rket Insights team to quantify opportunities sure product cemaking is aligned to insights. Drive culture of customer centricity within the LLC Business. Engage with businessfacilitate customer oduct workshops. Develop best practice templates ols to embed into business process. About YouDegree / Qualification in Confidential, Communication, Business with Major in Confidential. Extensive experience in Confidential including theIndustry ? ideally residential development. Skilled in data analysis. Significant experience in strategic Confidential plementation. Extensive experience working with diverse stakeholder environments. Excellent Confidential skills pability.
