About the Position Exciting Opportunity for a State-Wide Manager ( Based) Your new company Based in Kingston, this industry leading company has been operating for 25 Years within the Lift/Movement Industry. With a focus on Vertical Solutions within Residential, Commercial, Service&Modernisations. With recent growth within the business, they are now seeking a State Service Manager to join their team. Your new role As the Service Manager you’ll be employed full-time and be reporting to the owners of the business. You’ll be responsible for the performance of all Technicians across the state. You’ll also be responsible for; Overseeing Scheduling of Maintenance Developing Procedures&Streamlining processes Sales&Tendering Inspections, Warranty&Quality Assurance Training/Mentoring Lift Techs Handling/Scheduling of Call Outs Client Visits What you'll need to succeed As the successful candidate, you will have experience within the Lift/Movement Industry. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with tradesman&office staff. You will have the ability to mentor and manage a state-wide team. The ideal candidate will also possess the following attributes: Understanding of Building Plans Experience as a Lift Technician or similar High Level of Communications Skills (Written&Verbal) Excellent Time Management Skills The business objective for this role is to streamline processes, increase service base, reduce call outs&provide professional, affordable service.
