About the Position                  

                    Delta Pty Ltd is a national Building, Civil and Deconstruction Company, part of the Delta Group of Companies. Delta is currently looking to recruit a Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our highly motivated and professional Construction Teams located across the state (NT&WA). The office location for this role is in Darwin CBD, with the projects being regional across the state on a roster (FI/FO or DI/DO). This role is designed to be site based. Qualifications&Experience: Track record in building or related Industry. Previous working experience as construction Supervisor or Manager for (5+) years In-depth knowledge of Project / Site Management BSc/BA in Construction Science/Management. (or relevant field) or Trade qualification preferred. Tasks and Responsibilities:Remote / regional Working Environment. Power&Water Projects. Roster - DI/DO or FI/FO. Onsite supervision of directs and subcontractors. Supervision/Management of all site trades. Internal reporting. Ensure adherence to company’s Work Health and Safety [WHS] policies, procedures, rules and standards and follow reasonable directions Management/Supervision of Safety on site.Act as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviours Ensure all works are constructed to contract documents and within the allocated program timeframe safely and correctly Project Planning/reporting - short term programmes Comply with all company Quality Systems, policies and procedures Assist Project Managers with the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.Assist project management staff with written“scopes of work” to be included in subcontract as required.
