YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT Assist site team to manage the planning and scheduling of works Understand project drawings, specifications and undertake scope reviews Ensure statutory requirements (i.e. local council, EPA) are adhered to Attend subcontractor site meetings and report on specific matters when applicableAssist in the planning and development of access and movement of site resources with Site Manager Assist in the review and preparation of Subcontractor scopes of work Monitor and report on subcontractor works, trade costs and any variations Provide to Contracts Administrator plant, delivery and  dockets on daily basisDevelop and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure safe work practices are carried out in accordance with all legislative requirements, SEQ systems, policies and procedures WHAT YOU'LL NEED Tertiary qualifications in building, , project management or other relevant discipline and/or demonstrated equivalent industry experience of 3+ years.Experience working on Construction Projects ideally up to $10m+ Technical working knowledge of major building trades and services.
