About the role                    
                    
As a Local Area Representative you will co-ordinate and manage  contracts, add revenue and value to the business by offering more services, upgrades and modifications to existing and potential clients in the                    
                    
Tamworth and surrounding regional areas.                    
                    
Assist Management in developing growth strategies Regularly provide sales leads for the area and assist with securing any sales Organise and ensure completion of all technical work sold in the area Assist in the delivery of modifications, repairs and upgrades Complete administrative functions including ordering of parts, reviewing technicians timesheets (team of 4) and reportsTravel required as well as ad-hoc remote travel in the state. About you Trade qualifications preferred or experience in facilities management or building services Computer literate Experience in people management/supervision Experience in building strong long lasting relationships and the ability to support sales effortsCurrent driver’s license Excellent communication skills Ability to deal with and influence both internal and external customers
