About the Position                  

                     Are you looking for the opportunity to work for one of 's fastest growing construction companies in a highly collaborative and fun team? We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team!                     Due to steady growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join our team. This role will see you managing a team of tradesmen and subcontractors (between 10-100 staff per site) to oversee all construction activities on site, working closely with others to preempt and resolve problems and ensure that projects are completed in accordance with the construction program. With an expanding pipeline of projects ahead, this role will see you working on projects from $300K - $6MIL, primarily covering fit out and refurbishment. Ultimately, you will be a key player in helping Prime Build to produce high quality buildings and products which exceed the expectations of our clients.                    In this role you enjoy access to a hands-on leadership team who encourage and recognise collaboration, excellence and innovative thinking and the opportunity to work with industry-leading clients and exposure to the opportunities often afforded to larger organisations, while enjoying the fun and variety of a nimble team enterprise.                    About You                    You will ideally have trade qualifications and at least five years' experience in the construction industry, with experience in refurbishment/fit out an added bonus. You'll have trade qualifications at the Certificate III level or above, and you will be a self-starter and a clear communicator, capable of managing teams and working well with others to get the job done on time and with no defects.
