Well-known, local favourite Breakfast & Lunch Cafe / Restaurant in Alexandria looking for full-time Supervisor. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast & lunch. Good working hours. Great team environment. We are looking for someone with good communication, great customer  & problem solving skills. Must have a current RSA certificate or be willing to get one. Main duties will include -                   
                      
  • Supervising the day to day operations 
    •                   
  • Staff management & delegating tasks
    •                   
  • Assisting employees & customers with any enquires 
    •                   
  • Dealing with customer complaints 
    •                   
  • Managing staffing levels & timesheets
    •                   
  • Training new staff 
    •                   
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this role is an integral part of ensuring an effective and efficiently run restaurant. Must have at least 2years experience in a similar role. Please apply with your resume and cover letter.
