You will be responsible for maintaining and creating exceptional customer relationships, staff supervision inclusive of training, and helping to build up and uphold the business reputation.                     Required skills and attributes:                     You will have at least 2 years experience in a                     leadership role.                     Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or Business or Management (desirable). Alternatively at least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.                     A passion for training, leading and mentoring the team.                     Calm and collected under pressure with the ability to multi task.                     Ability to create a positive guest experience by                     delivering a high level of  and ensure all staff engage quests to exceed their expectations.                     Effective planning, time management and decision making skills.                     Ability to write and implement an efficient roster.                     Salary - $50000-$60000 plus super
