Lucio Pizzeria Zetland is on the hunt for an Experienced Restaurant Manager.We are a well established restaurant who has been in the industry for over 15 years. Lucio Pizzeria is a reputable and a multi award winning pizzeria serving our famous woodfired Neapolitan pizza, homemade pasta dishes, cocktails, wine and more.What we are looking for:We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven with excellent communication and management skills that will assist in the day to day running of our venue.Key skills we are after: -                  
                      
  • Prior experience in a managerial position
    •                   
  • Knowledge of food and beverage and all aspects of hospitality.
    •                   
  • Excellent communication, delegation and management skills
    •                   
  • Driven, self-aware and results focused
    •                   
  • Passionate and driven to help the business succeed and maintain its high reputation.
    •                   
  • Friendly with good customer .
    •                   
Your job role and responsibilities will include: -                  
                      
  • Leading and encouraging the team
    •                   
  • Building rapport with guests and ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
    •                   
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    •                   
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service
    •                   
  • Undertaking all basic staff management duties including stock control, ordering and staff roaster
    •                   
  • Hiring & Training staff
    •
