About the Position Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group specialises in creating superior and innovative hospitality concepts for discerning diners.We are looking for a professional and well organised Records Manager to become part of our driven and growing support team. As the Records Manager, you will oversee the company's record management programs across all brands within the Group.JOB TASKSManage the development and implementation of objectives and policies for the management of records and information within the companyEvaluating current administrative processes and advising on possible solutions and improvements including the flow of information to meet the needs of the business. Manage the implementation of the company's electronic document management system with Google DocumentsDeveloping record keeping processes and manage their use. Managing the companies record keeping processes and systems and ensure access to the appropriate employees Control who has access to confidential information across the business and create standards for the assess of confidential and privacy records Ensure all relevant team member are trained and competent in all record keeping systems and processesDirect relevant staff within all brands in regard to records keeping systems and protocolDirect approval for the destruction of all expired records as per legislative requirements.Maintains knowledge in new developments and technology on records management and incorporates new systems and processes as appropriate. Salary offered $80,000 - $85,000 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEHighly developed written and oral communication skillsManages time effectively and meets deadlinesWell-developed research skillsAbility to operate effectively under pressure and deal effectively with competing demandsExcellent computer literacy Working knowledge of the relevant acts and legislationWorking knowledge of record management systemsAdvance problem solving skillsAt least 2 years of relevant employment experienceFormal Qualification or at least 5 years of relevant experience. ** No Recruitment Agencies** no -- Principals only.
