We are working with a Construction&Maintenance company who provide a range of services including building maintenance, construction and refurbishments.

Based in the South East of Melbourne this business prides themselves on their tight knit, hard working but social culture.

The Role

We a currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager for the Projects Division who deliver commercial fitout and upgrade works upto $1M in value.

Working closely with local councils, typical projects will be refurb and fitout works to Pavilions, sporting facilities and public buildings.

Requirements

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following experience: Trade background or relevant tertiary qualification Experience delivering fitout / refurb projects for a main contractor project experience $500K + IT Savvy Good written and verbal communication Full unrestricted working rightsApply
