About the Position                  

                    RPS is seeking a qualified and experienced                    
                    
client-side Project Manager                    
                    
to join our NT office on a permanent basis. RPS is a market leading NT client-side project management consultancy that is growing our Darwin team. We are seeking Project Mangers with suitable Defence experience to join our team. We offer you the opportunity to be part of our continued success, providing you with a challenging and rewarding role where your efforts will be recognised.ABOUT THE JOB Manage and develop client and stakeholder relationships Lead your projects to success, including managing performance and relationships to ensure a high level of performance in relation to time, cost, quality and safety requirements Deliver high-quality outcomes whilst maintaining a high level of morale and team spiritInternal reporting to keep management informed on the project and issues. ABOUT YOU 5+ years of demonstrated recent defence project experience with client-side project experience is highly desirable Professional qualifications in project management, architecture, , construction management or trade-based qualifications with supervisory experience and Certificate IV or higher.Strong diligence and attention to detail Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Good time management skills and attention to detail Good presentation and communication skills, both in writing and verbal Ability to use Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook with Microsoft Project desirableAIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
