In this role, you will ensure that every dent is repaired with the correct and accurate technique whilst retaining the factory paint of all of our vehicles. You will also have the chance to work closely with the operations team and collaborate with the wider Carma team.Responsibilities                  
                      
  • Remove dents through the use of different techniques including glue pulling and leveraging which may require the removal of vehicle lights and interior panels
  •                   
  • Determine the scope of repairs needed and provide guidance on panel defects and possible repair technics
  •                   
  • Complete work orders required for a vehicle and ensure that all work meets quality standards.
  •                   
  • Assist in prepping vehicles when required
  •                   
About You                  
                      
  • 5+ years of experience as a PDR Technician
  •                   
  • Automotive qualifications are highly regarded
  •                   
  • Have your own kit of PDR tools required for accurate repairs.
  •                   
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
  •                   
  • Clean Australian driver's license
  •
