About the work Our work mainly focuses on refractories that require our teams to work in confined spaces and warm temperatures. We cater to Greater Sydney and regional planned work, often requiring long travel and working away from home. As we work in a niche area of infrastructure repairs and maintenance, no two days are the same. Work ethic, quality outputs and genuine care for the are among the most critical aspects of working here. We often work in high-pressure and stressful situations that require high attention to detail, on-the-spot problem solving and fast but strategic action.  About the Role The ideal candidate will work on-site alongside our lead refractory installer to achieve various outcomes based on job-specific requirements. As we are so specialised, we don’t expect you to know the ins and outs of the units we . We provide all the training and support required to meet the needs of the job.
