                    General/Business Unit Manager (CEO&General Management) With over 160 years as a preeminent Real Estate group our client has guiding principles and values that remain at its core today. They provide a full  solution taking an approach best described as transparent and holistic with a high level of client focus and communication. Their expertise lie across residential sales, property management, project sales, marketing and settlement support with the Corporate office providing high quality services to 15 franchised offices.The Head of Franchise Relationships leads the Corporate Office of 5 with a key focus on spearheading the support and development of existing Franchisees. There is also an opportunity to attract new Franchisees in line with market needs and organisational goals. Governance, financials and Board reporting are important aspects however there is a key focus on the development of franchisees through initiating and driving marketing initiatives whilst evolving the corporate brand..Whilst growth and profitability will be a key measure of success, the first priority is to support and enhance the existing Offices. Great systems and processes are in place and the CFO provides quality, reliable support. The role is seen as being strategic and tactical as well as being hands-on and operational.We are looking for a great marketer who can lead a small team and evolve into a CEO. You must be commercial and have a warm, supportive and nurturing style. Management of strategic relationships, franchises, channels or similar will have given you an understanding of the delicate line between providing support and taking instruction whilst being firm on compliance, brand positioning and values. You will ideally have proven relevant or aligned work history within the real estate industry in a senior leadership role that will see you best placed to understand the current challenges and leverage opportunities in this space. You should be tertiary qualified, preferably in a marketing, business management or financial discipline.This opportunity will be well rewarded, particularly as you demonstrate compelling value propositions to the Directors.
