The purpose of this position is to maintain customer satisfaction at target levels, as well as maintain overall financial control over delivery at our client site.Key Responsibilities: Oversight of service delivery activities and contract deliverables. Manage Forecasts including analysing financial performance to provide margin improvement where possible. Provide guidance to the team on delivering to contract requirements and milestones. Oversee the delivery of Refurbishment and Lifecycle programs in accordance with Asset Management strategiesDeliver in accordance with site annual and fire yearly works plans Ensure CAMS Asset data is maintained up to date Liaise with client representatives, customers, and service recipients to ensure customer satisfaction levels meet or exceed expectations. Manage workload, improve processes and systems, client liaison and escalation, and working with other areas within Honeywell to deliver high quality service to Darwin Convention Centre.Work with peers, other departments, and customers to meet mutual goals and objectives Investigates and implements improvements to processes or procedures, including and not limited to investigation of incidents/accidents Key Experience&Capabilities: Formal tertiary qualifications in and building / facilities management related discipline I.e. BSc, Eng or project management degree - advantageous PPP Experience– advantageous, however not essential. Strong commercial skills and broad exposure to technical issues Ability to work in a challenging environment with a mix of infrastructure, equipment and systems and a wide variety of client groupsTraining in current OH&S, QA and ideally environmental legislations and systems; Ability and demonstrated experience to deliver against multiple objectives.
