                    About the Position                  
                    
                    Responsibilities                    
                        
  • Process, reconcile with Sales Dept to distribute or arrange the goods according to the customers’ orders;
    •                       
  • Track damages and discrepancies on orders delivered to customers;
    •                       
  • Manage and implement smooth and traceable warehouse operations;
    •                       
  • Manage daily activities including prepare raw material for production order and deliver to production area and etc; (Specific time only).
    •                       
  • Perform goods receive and ensure item in correct quantity and good condition.
    •                       
  • Plan, forecast and manage the stock inventory especially fast moving stock in the warehouse;
    •                       
  • Plan and ensure optimal utilization of warehouse storage space;
    •                       
  • Ensure safe storage of goods & timely delivery of goods;
    •                       
  • Lead and implement 5S in warehouse;
    •                       
  • Performs monthly stock take schedule;
    •                       
  • Action planning for slow moving stock or stock kept too long for certain customer;
    •                       
  • Prepare monthly report to management on stock variance, stock aging, stock adjustment, wastage report, delivery issue and etc.
    •                     
                     Requirement;                    
                        
  • Positive attitude, Sharp, Self Initiated, work independently, SQL literate, Forklift literate. Warehouse management/ logistics in studies.
    •                       
  • Experience: 2-3 years in related field.
    •
