About the Position                  

                    We are seeking applicants who have previous Hospitality customer  supervisory experience/Duty Manager for Citadines Connect Sydney Airport.                    Think you've got that in the bag? Keep reading!                     We are seeking applicants who have previous customer service supervisory experience.                     You will have a proven track record in efficient and effective operations and have assisted with the training and development of staff.                    You will join our tight-knit and supportive team and will be enthusiastic and motivated along with being willing to work a rotating roster.                    Key experience and skills required:                    

                    
• 2 or more years’ experience in a hospitality position
                    
• Flexible availability as shifts will cover a 7-day roster.
                    
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
                    
• Possess outstanding leadership skills.
                    
• The ability to be organized and work in a timely manner
                    
• The highest level of professionalism and presentation
                    
• As a hotelier, take full responsibility to direct and oversee the Front Office department, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food and Beverage departments, and property operations.
