East of Everything is one of Melbourne’s original Craft Beer Pubs still boasting 12 taps of rotating craft beer, a great pub food menu, cocktails and amazing city views. We have been pioneers in the Australian craft beer scene since 2010 and continue to provide cutting edge craft beer to Melbourne’s East. What We Do   East of Everything is a craft beer pub 10km from Melbourne CBD. Our mission is to Provide incredible hospitality to our guests and a range of the best Australian & International craft beers. We want our guests to feel welcome and at home in our venue. You   Are a motivated, experienced and enthusiastic pub/bar supervisor/manager who is confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Thrive on exceeding customers' expectations. Have high standards when it comes to presentation, communication, hygiene, quality, cleanliness and tidiness. At least 5 years experience working with craft beer and or great function experience. Enjoy working with an exciting and experienced team and want to continue your learning through professional development. Essential criteria:  Can make good decisions on the fly and whilst under pressure;   Are highly respected by your colleagues; Are creative and open minded;   Have a good understanding of and proven experience working within the Melbourne Craft Beer scene. Experience supervising staff and running a fast paced respected hospitality venue. Experience with administrative tasks, such as: managing functions, rostering, cash off, weekly summaries. Managing Staff and all aspects of a craft beer pub.
