KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS - · Certificate IV in Frontline Management, or equivalent.
- · Current First Aid Certificate.
- · Valid NSW RSA Photo Competency Card.
- · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Management role within a Hospitality /Venue /Restaurant environment, or equivalent.
- · Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and databases.
- Aptitude & Interpersonal Skills
- · Strong leadership and people management skills.
- · Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously.
- · Strong communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities and duties:• Oversee, coordinate and manage the Café• Provide an exceptional level of customer service and handle customer complaints according to Company guidelines• Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure the efficient service of food, and the high quality and presentation of food• Manage, supervise, train and develop staff reporting to this position• Ensuring that the Restaurant is well presented for each seating• Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production• Monitoring of the food and beverage service to ensure consistency and quality• Understand, implement, participate and promote Company Policies and Procedures, and WHS objectives, processes and procedures• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, industry bodies and relevant government agencies• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environmentSalary:From $65,000We know this opportunity sounds amazing and we want YOU to apply, so send through a short cover letter along with your CV telling us how you’re going to be the next best part of our team.Only successful candidates will be contacted.
