Our client is looking for a authentic, hard working and passionate Business Development Manager to join this fast paced and highly dynamic team Negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed by the Business Development DirectorDevelop and build long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients. Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy. Identify and build a long term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunitiesRaise the company and business profile by representing at industry events, high level networking and promoting an image of professionalism at all times. Support re-bids and variations for existing clients. The Ideal Candidate A minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in a sale and/or account management role.Confident working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in facilities management is highly desirable. Strong communication, both written and verbal is a must. Can we inspire you to join us?
