                    Job Profile for Business Development Manager - 00253557 Business Development Manager required for a motion controls systems provider based in Congleton. This role will be based in the  and specifically in the M62 corridor. The ideal candidate will come from a sales background and the automation industry. Qualifying leads Business Development Manager Position Requirements Experience within the automation industry is advantageous. Business Development Manager Position Remuneration Normal working hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to4.00 pm on Fridays. (We are currently trialling earlier finishing time of 1pm on Fridays). Starting salary£35-£45k per annum. Bonus scheme 15% of annual salary (pro-rata) assuming all agreed targets are achieved. (The scheme is based on both Personal and Company performance). Eligibility to company car allowance scheme.The Company complies with its statutory obligations relating to auto enrolment pension schemes (Enrolment into the company scheme is deferred for 3 months following the date employment commences).
