travels daily from , via Fitzroy Island to Moore Reef on the beautiful Great Barrier Reef. We offer a complete reef tourism experience, with an award winning team providing glass bottom and semi-submersible boat tours, guided snorkelling interpretive tours, introductory and certified diving, seawalker helmet diving and helicopter reef scenic flights.Due to growth in the Company, we are seeking an honest, reliable, highly motivated and duly certified MED1 to join our marine  team as 2IC to our Fleet Engineer.                    
                    
Essential skills:• MED1 qualification essential with trade background preferably mechanical • Extensive maritime engineering experience and ability to work with a small team of marine engineers along with a crew of around 30 each day. •Maintenance, repairs and upkeep of fleet vessels, auxiliary vessels and pontoon.• Excellent communication skills both written and oral, including ability to work closely with the Captain of the vessel and report to management. • Ability to adhere to company operating standards
