Customer Service role for a leading Insurer. Paramatta CBD, Monday to Friday, $60,000 to $65,000 + Super.

Your new role

The role would see you working in the Member Care Consultants team. This role is influential in managing the experience of new and existing members who contact the fund. You are the voice of the organisation, and you would ensure you provide a personal and exceptional service, each time. The role would involve you working towards clear targets, educating members, and promoting the products and services. The role would see you working within a fun, positive team, culture is very important, and whist this is forefront, it is also just as important to provide members a professional and efficient service.

What you'll need to succeed

• Be able to start end of September.
• PR or Australian Citizen
• Previous contact centre experience is desired - or come from a Customer Service background, this can include: Hospitality, Retail, or office environments.
• Comfortable working towards KPI's and targets.
• Team player and assisting team targets.
• Proactive and switched on, with the ability to show solution focus skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
