Your new role

Create new and replicates existing documents in a timely and accurately manner for the creation of all the necessary master data for a crusher Project in accordance with existing Organisation templates, and keep track of creation and update of these technical documents in Documentum.

Engage with Ops Readiness Asset Integration Lead or Reliability Engineer to identify the work instruction (WIN), preventive maintenance instruction (PMI) and other strategy related documents (forms, check sheets) required for the for the Crusher Project. Work with Reliability Engineer, Master Data Specialist and Execution Subject Matter Experts (SME) to create, replicate or adjust the required Technical Documents (WIN, PMI and others) to be used for maintenance strategies. Engages with other team members of the Ops Readiness Asset Integration team (Reliability Engineer, Master Data Specialist, Spares Specialist, Bill of Materials Specialist) and other stakeholders (operational, maintenance, and project teams) to obtain relevant technical, safety and procedural information as required. Adheres to Organisation workflow practises for document management. Looks for and records similar Technical Documents (WIN, PMI and others) to be used for replication for the creation of maintenance strategies. Monitors progress of creation and update of technical documents submitted until completion.
What you'll need to succeed

Experience creating and updating technical documents for a tier 1 company, ideally within Iron Ore. Familiar with processes and systems used to create and update technical documents. Familiar with tools used to create technical documents. Familiar with Risk Management tools (e.g. Material Risk Framework) used in technical documents. Understanding of how documents integrate with work management master data objects. Familiar with systems to automatically generate documents. Strong experience in MS Word, Adobe Suite of tools pdf and formatting. Experience in document management and version control. Good command of written English. Ideally, tertiary or trade qualifications in relevant maintenance field(s). Confident with seeking further information to ensure understanding where required. Confident with seeking guidance when lacking direction or information, and with escalating risks and issues to team leaders. Strong attention to detail.
