About the Position Leadership Capability and Organisational Development Opportunity with iconic business. Our client is an instantly recognisable brand within the Perth entertainment sector and a newly created opportunity exists for an Organisational Development and Learning Specialist to join the People & Culture Team.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will be instrumental in working alongside their management consultants in the design and development of a leadership development program to enhance their leadership capability and further imbed their values and behaviours to create a proactive, inclusive and progressive culture for now and the future.

You will be responsible for supporting the design of the program, coupled with stakeholder management, development of an implementation strategy and the facilitation of the program to all leaders within the business.

This is an opportunity to influence and transform culture and implement leadership best practice, whilst working within an employer who is heavily investing in their vision and values.

It is essential that you possess a human resources/organisational development qualification coupled with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. You will possess a consolidated career history as a learning and development professional, with strong facilitation and organisational development experience. Ideally you will have large project related skills, and it is expected that you will have worked within a large corporate or complex business ideally that has experienced transformation and change.
