About the Position Permanent opportunity leading insurer Customer Chinese speaking
Your new role
We are looking for full time Customer Business Consultants to join our clients successful Retail branch in Parramatta, Burwood, Hurstville, Hornsby or Chatswood working a combination of face to face in-branch and from home some days a week. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and will be focussed on providing outstanding customer service, servicing customer enquiries, converting enquiries into sales and retention outcomes.

You will work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9-5. You will receive your roster 2 weeks in advance. The starting date for these positions will be the 27th of March 2023.

Key Responsibilities
Face to face and Phone based role as the first point of contact for new and existing customers Assisting with insurance enquiries whilst delivering fantastic customer service Providing insurance solution for general insurance products and services High volume of customers in a fast-paced environment Culturally Diverse Environment Sharing knowledge and expertise on products and services Meeting compliance obligations

What you'll need to succeed
Experience achieving results, meeting targets and exceeding KPIs Ability to work autonomously in a virtual working environment under skills and experience Customer service experience, including managing complaints and negotiations Experience can be from contact centres, sales, hospitality, retail and/or others Traits such as initiative, resilience, courage and the ability to problem solve Happy to work alone at home engaging with your team via instant messaging To Work from Home, you will need: high speed internet connection and a private home office set up and training will be completed virtually We are requiring Mandarin/Cantonese speaking candidates
