About the Position Working Hours: 5 Working Days Only !!!! Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm Requirement : Candidate must possess Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Minimum 15 years working experience in the related field and with 5 years in similar position. Working experience in infrastructure development will be given priority. Meticulous and good team player. Independent, positive attitude, self-motivated, aggressive and good discipline. Able to work under pressure in a demanding environment. Able to communicate efficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.   Job Scopes : Organise, manage and control the performance, duties and functions of the Contract Department. Prepare project budget and cost control. Responsible for all contractual matters. Implement corporate policies. Provide leadership and directions to junior staff.
