Our contact centres provide a good entry point into the financial services industry and offer tailored development programmes to support career advancement. On a day-to-day basis you will be speaking to upwards of 80 customers a day, thriving in a busy environment. Our comprehensive training programme and on the job support will give you everything you need to succeed within the role. A Day In The Life Of Customer Experience Advisor Provide exceptional telephone customer in a timely manner whilst maintaining healthy relations with clients. Maintaining warm inbound calls, emails and live chats in a fast-paced contact centre. Play a supporting role in educating our customers around products and alternative digital banking platforms. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling banking products and services. Person Specification SPM, Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in equivalent course. Ex Cabin Crews, Service Industry and Public Relation background are highly encouraged to apply. At least 6 months - 1 years of exposure in Customer Care agenda. Candidates who are able to converse fluently in Mandarin are encouraged to apply. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities. Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities. Formidable judgement including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
