We have a fantastic opportunity available for an apprentice chef or trainee chef to join our team, working in a well-equipped and spacious kitchen. You will be working and learning with professional chefs with a wealth of experience  Our kitchen has great space with multiple prep areas, large dish area and a walk-in fridge and freezer. We also have 2 combi ovens. This role will suit current apprentices looking for an exciting new kitchen or school leavers looking for the best start to their cheffing career. So, if you are keen to work in the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you! Working under the guidance of the senior kitchen team, on any given day you will learn: Daily set up or pack down of the kitchen Food preparation and presentation across multiple styles of cuisine Both modern and traditional food preparation and cooking techniques How to maintain a high level of cleanliness within the kitchen Great opportunity to work across numerous venues and events And over time - learn all about food cost and menu writing ABOUT YOU: A great attitude and willingness to learn Have transport and able to get to and from work Summary of role requirements: Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays No experience required for this role Working rights required for this role no -- Principals only.
