About the Position Testing&Quality Assurance (Information&Communication Technology) The Company; This is a global company who are in operation in over 50 countries from to America. The Team; You will be leading a team of 8-10 testers who work across multiple product teams, this number will grow by between 3-6 depending on where you feel resources are required for growth. The current testing team are made up of a diverse group of people ranging in seniority. They are a collaborative, friendly bunch who are not afraid to share their ideas and different ways of doing things.

The Role; You will be responsible for the entire test function within the business and bring a standardized way of testing to the day-to-day business. You will be the team manager and make sure resources are allocated accordingly across the multiple products. You will be responsible for recruiting new members into the team over the next 6-12 months as the Automation testing requirement grows as new software is rolled out. This is a strategic, hands off role where you will be future proofing the scalability and maintainability of the testing practices across the business.

What you will already need to know; A management background, managing teams of at least 4+ Experience creating testing frameworks and testing standards Automation testing experience
