About the Position Company - Work Location Nyra Global IT Solutions - Parramatta NSW RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the development team on product development, application support plans and prototype programs. Conduct regression testing, analyze results, and submit observations to the development team. Work with software development and testing team members to design and develop robust solutions to meet client requirements for functionality, scalability, and performance. Consult regularly with internal customers on application development project status, new project proposals and software-related technical issues. Introduce agile methodologies and development best practices to division to enhance product development. Collaborate with clients to define solution requirements, accounting for applicable development variables. Communicate with third-party product owners to illustrate deficits and bottlenecks within existing software. Discuss project progress with customers, collected feedback on different stages and directly addressed concerns. Prepare detailed reports on updates to project specifications, progress, identify conflicts and team activities. Gather and define customer requirements to develop clear specifications for project plans. Lead software development initiative as subject matter expert and primary point-of-contact for project management staff. Check client code for bugs and weaknesses using approved troubleshooting methods. Requirements Qualification - Bachelor in IT / Bachelor of Computer / Bachelor of Computer application. At least 2 years of relavant work experience. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in leading a team (desirable but not essential). Ability to communicate to all levels of management in a confident manner. Self-starter who can work independently at times as well as collaborate as a team. Perform other ad-hoc/admin tasks as and when required.
