About the Position Corporate Finance&Investment Banking (Banking&Financial Services) The Finance function is responsible for providing transactional accounting services and support, treasury, financial planning, analysis, reporting, commercial Finance and financial systems&change support to all business units and functions throughout Computershare across all global locations. The Finance Change Team is responsible for managing and delivering the finance change initiatives (regulatory or as identified by finance process owners) related to finance processes, workflow, reports and systems integrations. In addition, it will set the finance system strategy and manage change initiatives. Furthermore, supporting transitions of future acquisitions or demergers.A role you will love The Senior IT Program Manager is accountable for the execution of the Finance strategic plan of work and continuous improvement within the Finance departments. The role is required to maintain an IT program of work (or a group of IT projects), planning, directing, and coordinating activities across multiple complex projects and ensuring that dependencies are managed effectively. In addition, manages a program (or a group of IT projects) to meet the business objectives and enables the business benefits (typically comprised of multiple related projects or work streams), driving performance across the Finance team.In this key role for our business, you will primarily be responsible for the following: Responsible for Finance Change initiatives based on Corporate strategy and business plan (including continual improvement and lifecycle management of Finance IT capability) Lead, facilitate and manage the pipeline of projects within Finance. And escalates to appropriate governance forums to prioritize Finance IT demands between multiple business stakeholdersAccountable for the development, continuous improvement and compliance of portfolio delivery methodologies aligned to required business outcomes and risk profiles Lead the planning of resource allocation within Finance functions and Technology functions and engage vendors to meet a portfolio of project requirements to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget and to a quality standardLead the work with the Financial Systems and CPU Technology teams to prioritise initiatives through the business case approval Lead the tracking of projects and programs to ensure they continue to deliver the expected strategic outcomes Responsible for analysing and tracking project management elements across the entire portfolio to look for ways to leverage economies of scale, reduce risk and improve the probability of successfully delivering expected business resultsBe the key interface for delivering and managing the Financial Systems team, CPU Technology teams, and External Vendors works Responsible for identifying and managing interdependencies within the business to design and implement projects delivered by internal teams and external vendors Will act as a point of escalation for the project and ensures collaboration of any required parties, leading to successful outcomes, issues, and risk mitigationAccountable ensure all projects follow the necessary governance and delivery frameworks (projects and enhancements) Advocate and help drive the use of Agile methodologies to help the organization become more agile Lead, develop and motivate a flexible pool of Process and Control Leads and Business AnalystsWhat will you bring to the role? To excel in this role, it is expected that you will possess much of the following experience: Required: A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer , Statistics, or other IT-related fields MSC Maximum 5-8 years of working experience in digital transformation, agile transformation, data simplification, operational excellence, and designing/implementing target operating models in a reputable organizationAccredited Project Management Professional such as PMP, Agile, Prince2 or similar Accredited Architecture Framework such as TOGAF, Lean or similar Preferred: Scrum Master/Scaled AGILE Framework exposure or equivalent desired.
