As we transform this incredible 200 year old business we are looking for highly motivated, engaged, passionate and driven individuals to join our team – someone who is up for the transformation challenge and excited by the significant opportunity it represents.   Job Responsibilities:   Own It:   Provide problem-solving support and maintenance for SAP (SD) or SAP Finance (FI) modules to business users nationwide according to agreed Level as to minimize impact on businesses and day to day operations. Act as liaison with business users to provide 1st level support of incidents or problems and if required escalation to AMS support for further issue troubleshooting & resolution.  Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Design, customize, configure and testing. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide ad-hoc training and user support when required.   Build Trust:   Engage with internal counterparts in solving issues.   One Team:   Provide functional and technical guidance to business teams when needed.   Move Fast:   Adapt, simplify and act quickly based on business needs.   Delight Customers:   Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Develop positive working relationship with customers and other department staffs.   Job Requirements:   Preferably Degree Holder in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in support or project roles which includes designing and configuring SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module or SAP Finance Accounting (FI). Able to ensure that all incidents and issue resolution are within specified SLA. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables at the same time. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.   This is a super exciting time to be joining Pos Malaysia.
