About the Position This leadership roleis seeking a proven operational leader that combines strong people and safetyleadership in a complex logistics supply chain. This role is an integralpart of the Customer and Operations leadership team with full accountabilityfor the safe delivery and execution of day of operations plans. As the leader of the frontline leadership team at ARTC's Network Control Centre North, your main responsibilities include:Ensuring safe and efficient train operations through the development of leaders at NCCN. Embedding a culture of continuous improvement by exhibiting strong leadership behaviors. Overseeing team performance and ensuring adherence to Network Rules and Procedures. Representing ARTC in external customer and stakeholder meetings. Identifying and embedding opportunities for improvement in the Advanced Network Control Optimisation (ANCO) program. Building strong relationships with rail haulage providers. Developing the NCCN team through strategic recruitment and development strategies.
